Alternative Dispute Resolution

Under the terms of Law no. 144/2015, of 8 September, in its current version, in the event of a dispute the consumer can turn to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Body: National Centre for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts - CNIACC.
